We know choosing a cleaning service you can trust can be a daunting task. That’s why we offer a service guarantee with every service we provide so you know you can have peace of mind when booking.
• Your item(s) or areas will be handled with care.
• Your item(s) or areas will be sanitized or disinfected as advertised.
• We will do our best to remove odors. However, some odors are simply too tough to destroy or require an abundance of time to dissipate.
• Any stains will be treated to the best of our ability. However, we do not guarantee removal of stains due to several factors beyond our control.
If you are not satisfied with our service or if we missed a spot, we’ll clean the item or area again for FREE.
To take advantage of our guarantee, first, let your technician know right away. Our technicians are trained to make things right. If your technicial is not present, then simply contact the customer representative you originally booked with. They will work with you to reschedule the re-cleaning.
As we are not responsible for resoiling or contamination after service or customer use, please contact us right away or within 15 minutes of service completion. Failure to do so may void the guaranty.
Our guarantee is good for one (1) FREE re-cleaning of the serviced item(s) or area(s)–no substitutes.
